Welcome to
the Christian Comedy and Drama
Webring Homepage!
If you are seeking web sites specializing in Christian humor, skits and/or drama, click here to go to our member list and visit their sites.
Or, if you are a Christian comedian, humorist, part of a drama team and have a site, or just have a site devoted to clean Christian humor, YOU'RE INVITED TO JOIN!
After reading all the requirements for membership on this page, simply click on the link you'll see below to fill out the form. After reviewing your site and approving it, we will add you to the list. You will then receive the HTML code to copy to your page that will link you to the other sites.
After you have added the ring panel to your site, email us and let us know. We believe the CCDR is needed for Christian sites of this type. Christian comedians, comedy teams, drama groups, and spiritual humor-oriented webpages are a resource in growing demand; and linking together will benefit all of us by helping websurfers searching for such material.
Attention Christian comedians!

If you are looking to join a premium site that will showcase your talent and ministry to a greater degree, go to a new site I have recently opened... Sheeplaughs.com! It's devoted to gathering the best of Christ's comedians together to make it easy for visitors to learn about them. |
PLEASE NOTE THESE REQUIREMENTS FOR JOINING THIS RING:
First and foremost, (and obviously) you must have a website! Believe it or not, I sometimes get requests to join the ring from people who have no site!
The website (or your submitted offshoot page associated with humor) must be Christian in nature: the humor, performance or scripts must have a clearly scriptural theme.
We realise there are "clean" comedians, who generally present unoffensive material, but without any (or very little) reference to Christ. There are also comedians who happen to be Christians, but their material doesn't indicate it. That is their choice and we respect that.
However, this particular webring is devoted to performers, talent or material that is both clean and expressly Christian, presented with a clear Gospel message. Also, if the stories, comedy routines, scripts, cartoons, personal pages, etc., on your website contains any material that wouldn't be appropriate repeated or performed in church, for all ages, perhaps a secular comedy webring would be more appropriate for you to join.
A personal note:
Look over the other members on the list. Take a moment and ask yourself these questions...
"Does my site REALLY belong in this ring? Does it fit in with the others? Or am I simply trying to add another ring to my page to increase my hits? Should I change my brand of deodorant?"
Uh...scratch that last question. Different problem. Anyway, look at it like this...If you had to write and submit a paragraph telling me why your site should be added, what would you say...and would it make sense?
This ring is specifically for sites that are Christian humor-oriented, or feature Christian comedians or drama teams, or have scripts posted. NOT personal pages that happen to be funny. There are loads of people that have funny homepages. I get all kinds of requests for membership, some of whom think they are comedians...but the term applies only to those that perform and are available for bookings! I even get some from people who don't even have a website! Others apply because they have a few funny lines in an otherwise unrelated site. And some are unacceptable because the humor is random, throw-away, nonsense verbage strung together in an attempt to be funny. I've see this in even otherwise well-done sites. You want your humor to be funny to others? "Here's a clue...HAVE A POINT! It makes it so much more interesting!" (Steve Martin, "Planes Trains and Automobiles.")
I'm a nice guy. Really. And I hate to turn people down that apply to join the ring. So, don't make me have to send you a long, overly-apologetic email that tells you why your site doesn't meet the requirements. Because, no matter how nice I word it, I'll feel like a heel, you'll be mad, and you'll think I'm a meanie.
All right. That being said, do you still think your site has what it takes to be a member? Then, by all means, submit it! Simply click here and fill out the form. I look forward to hearing from you.
If you have any questions, email me! Also please give any feedback you may have...we're all in this together!
